First of all, this project for course "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" for our Mentor "Habib Kassim" In addition, during our project, we had many of discussions to think of who will be our entrepreneur in our assignment. So, Fatima suggested that we could to look on Instagram and maybe we find the suitable entrepreneur. During our research, I found women who buy chocolates' truffles and I thought that very helpful to did our project. However, I want to thanks Bakhteeh of making an interview with entrepreneur "Fatima Sultan Hamad" of her business about making truffles at her home.   

 

During the interview, I found many of interesting and realistic information's about "Fatima Sultan" business. To begin with, Fatima she's a very convinced and patient women. The most things that really attracted me during the interview is, when she talked about her education and couldn't complete it because she get married and when, she move to the Sharjah, she couldn’t found the same her major and she get forward and continue her life.

 

Moreover, Fatima Sultan, she's very positive and believer women. During the interview, Fatima mentioned about her first business, and it was unsuccessful and that cost her lots of money while she works on it. I'm impressed that this situation, didn't let her confident be down. But, she still thinks of another business and she's never gives up.

 

From this interview, I learn many things that might help me when I want to be entrepreneur. First, I learn that I should to face the difficulties and learn how to solve the problems that could be happened. For example, when customer is more neural and his attitude it's so rude, I can to manage this from my respectful and show him that I'm so tactful, he will change his behavior. Furthermore, I learn that we should be more careful and expect anything's could be happened during the business. For instance, when some from your relatives who have envy, and that could from your relatives or friends, stamp you in the back during your business.

 

Next, I suggested for "Fatima Sultan" to make a website that help her in her business and could to reduce her problems. For example, majority of people don't have the responsibility of order something they just order and then, when the delivery is arrived they say " this not for me", "I didn't order it" However, some of them didn't pick up the phone when the deliver man calls. That let the entrepreneur be so upset and her hard work wasted by the customer. As I mentioned above, that she should to make a website that solve her problems. For instance, from this website, she can put variety of pictures of the truffles and under it the price of specific of the truffle. Then, the costumer can chose any of the truffle that he/she want and select it and pay in advance. From this solution can help her in many ways and success her business further.
